“Implementation of accountability system in the company“ seminar to be held

In cooperation with the Adizes South East Europe (ASEE),INTERA Technology Park Training centre Mostar is organizing a seminar titled “Implementation of accountability system in the company“, which will be held on Thursday, 18 February 2016 at INTERA Technology Park, conference room OSLO (1st floor).
The seminar will provide answers to the following questions:
- Has your company grown so much that you no longer have all the business information in your head?
- Do you often wonder, "When will they take responsibility for what they do? I can't take care of everything! "
- Do you repeatedly hear: "It is not my responsibility, it's his"?
- Do you look for people who are ready to take responsibility?
- You are aware that you need a system, and you do not know how to implement it?
Implement an accountability system with clear jurisdiction, authority and responsibilities for each individual in the company.
Target group:
Owners, directors, managers, heads of departments
 Seminar objectives:
 - Identify the benefits of implementing an accountability system
- Define criteria for creation of an accountability system
- Learn management based on using objectives in organizational units
- Align the hierarchical structure and line management
- Learn how to manage and improve the system
- Feedback and control of the system

  • Analysis of the existing organizational structure in view of the profit logic criteria

  • Organizational structure and life cycles of enterprise
  • Structuring an organization on the basis of the profit logic
  • Management based on using objectives in organizational units
  • Allocation of shared costs
  • Analysis and grouping of sources of income
  • Control  in company operations
  • Clarification of competencies between organizational units and management positions
  • Defining the hierarchical lines of responsibility and chain of command
