Providing training opportunities and resources to youth centers will ensure the impact and sustainability of the project. Youth workers will have the opportunity to participate in international mobilities (study visits, capacity building events) that will allow them to network with their peers and experience first-hand how youth organizations work in other countries.\u00a0One of the main outcomes of the project will be the establishment of support points within the partner organizations to provide workshops and mentoring to aspiring female entrepreneurs.
