To further encourage the development of this industry in Mostar and beyond, INTERA Technology Park is organizing a meetup titled \u201cGame Dev Ecosystem in the Region\u201d as part of the <strong>CBC GAIN <\/strong>project.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the CBC GAIN Project<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CBC GAIN project is focused on establishing and strengthening gaming centers with effective ecosystems that will contribute to the development of the gaming industry, the modernization of education, the development of infrastructure and markets, and raising awareness of the opportunities offered by the gaming sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What to Expect at the Meetup?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meetup in Mostar, which will take place on <strong>April 28th, 2025<\/strong>, starting at <strong>4 PM<\/strong>, will be opened by <strong>Vedran \u0160imunovi\u0107<\/strong>, Director of INTERA Technology Park, who will present the project and the goals behind the development of the newly established Gaming Development Center in Mostar.\u00a0Participants will then have the opportunity to explore the space and equipment of the Gaming Center through a guided tour and hands-on experience with the available technology \u2013 from VR gear to gaming consoles.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Industry Guests and Panel Discussion<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetup participants will have the opportunity to hear inspiring stories and first-hand experiences.<strong> Domagoj Crnkovi\u0107, storywriter and game designer<\/strong>, will speak about his experience in developing a game dev incubator and the importance of regional cooperation in the gaming industry. Drawing from his years of work in education, mentoring, and connecting teams within the industry, he will share insights into the key steps necessary for building a strong and sustainable game development ecosystem.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside him, <strong>Igor \u010carapina from Rolla<\/strong> will share his entrepreneurial journey in video game development, while <strong>Ivan Tadi\u0107 from Bajtbox<\/strong> will present how the YouTube community can play an important role in promoting gaming and technology.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central part of the event will be a <strong>panel discussion on the topic \u201cHow to Develop a Strong Gaming Ecosystem<\/strong> <strong>in Mostar<\/strong>,\u201d featuring all guest speakers and moderated by Vedran \u0160imunovi\u0107.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interactive Closing<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will conclude with an open session for testing the equipment available at the Gaming Center and continued networking, offering all participants the opportunity for hands-on experience and idea exchange.\u00a0<br>You can download the event agenda here:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation is<strong> <\/strong>free of charge, but the <strong>number of spots is limited<\/strong>.
