That\u2019s why effective planning is essential for a stable and predictable production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the iLab of INTERA Technology Park, we\u2019ve designed a 5-day practical training that directly addresses these challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not a presentation\u2014it\u2019s a hands-on workshop where participants tackle real-world scenarios using APS software:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Machine changes and their impact on planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production downtime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity relief strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing items and work orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process planning and simulation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this activity, we strengthen the capabilities of young professionals and innovators, as well as anyone looking to enhance their skills in industrial organization and production management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Location:<\/strong> iLab INTERA Technology Park, Mostar <strong>Dates:<\/strong> November 3\u20137, 2025 &nbsp;<strong>Limited seats available<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are open until the end of October.
