PIT Adria Summit 2025, under the motto \u201cFrom market to plant, from people to innovation,\u201d will bring together leaders, engineers, managers, and entrepreneurs from across the Adria region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In just three weeks, Sarajevo will become the center of the largest regional gathering\u2014a two-day event that offers a unique opportunity for knowledge exchange, networking, and concrete steps toward industrial transformation, from digital automation and 3D solutions, through lean processes and the green transition, to fundamental challenges of export and regional cooperation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program begins with an overview of key topics that connect the market, processes, people, and innovation, and participants will have the opportunity to hear top keynote presentations that will provide inspiration and concrete messages from industrial practice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the speakers, Josip Dijani\u0107, Plant Manager at Rimac Technology in Zagreb, will demonstrate through the example of the Nevera supercar how product design and in-house development can drive the entire region. Advan Begovi\u0107, CEO of Stamen from Sarajevo, will speak about the challenges of growth and working in the Adria environment after a decade of experience in the EU system\u2014honestly and firsthand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first panel discussion, titled \u201cHow Market Trends Shape Production Strategies,\u201d will demonstrate how the market influences manufacturing. Leading figures from the companies MANN+HUMMEL, CORE, B Krug, and Zavar will participate, while the discussion will be moderated by Mirela Kadi\u0107 from Oxford Economics in Frankfurt <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the second part of the day, the focus shifts to digital transformation and the technological future of industry. Antun \u0160tiv\u010di\u0107, Business Analyst at GO Info Zagreb, will present on digital tools that are changing the way decisions are made in manufacturing, followed by the panel \u201cWhere Are Digitalization, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence Leading Us?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The panel will be moderated by Kemal Had\u017ei\u0107, CEO of Key Consulting, with participants including Zvonimir Sabolek (GO Info), Selma Bradari\u0107 (Medena Commerce), Amela Semi\u0107 (AS Holding), Peter Ekart (LNConsult, Austria), and Jelena Pavlovi\u0107 (Coaching Center, Belgrade). Together, they will attempt to answer the question\u2014how ready are we really for smart factories? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
