
INTERA Technology Park announces a Public Call for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to participate in the Innovation Voucher Scheme within the project BOOST2 – Supporting Dual Transformation of MSMEs through Innovation Voucher Scheme.
The BOOST2 project, with the support of the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through the Private Sector Development Initiative in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EU4PSD), is aimed at encouraging innovation activities and strengthening the digital and green transformation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina, through cooperation with selected business service providers, and represents a continuation of the successfully implemented BOOST program from 2023/2024. The EU4PSD initiative is part of the broader GIZ program “Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion (SEDEP)”, whose goal is to strengthen the economy with a particular focus on sustainable and digital business transformation.
Innovation Voucher Scheme
The Innovation Voucher Scheme enables MSMEs to use financial support for services that contribute to product development, improvement of business processes, introduction of technological innovations, and the digital and green transformation of business operations.
Within the project, two types of vouchers are available:
The maximum duration of the service is three months for the regular voucher, and five months for the Voucher Plus. One enterprise may obtain the right to one voucher.
Services Covered by the Vouchers
Innovation vouchers may be used for services from the following areas:
Services are provided by selected business service providers listed in the Catalogue of Service Providers, available in the online application system.
Who Can Apply
The right to participate is granted to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that:
are registered in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina for at least one year for the regular voucher, or two years for the Voucher Plus, as of the date of publication of the Public Call, have between 3 and 250 employees, have a clearly defined need for services related to innovation, digital or green transformation.
Enterprises apply in cooperation with a selected service provider, and the application is submitted via the official online platform of the Innovation Voucher Scheme.
Applications Are Open
Applications within the Public Call are open from January 12th 2026, and will be accepted until the available funding quota is filled, in accordance with the rules of the Innovation Voucher Scheme.
