For four and a half years Code Hub Mostar, a co-working space in the center of the city, managed by Intera Technology Park, has been providing its users with an ideal working atmosphere where they can reach the accomplished goals. More than 700 users have visited our space during the previous period, contributing to the enforcement of the community which we see as our main resource. That’s why we are looking for the reinforcement in our team!
We are looking for a proactive person with great communication skills that is ready to work in a dynamic atmosphere. We offer a stimulating and interesting environment which will enable you to show your creativity every day, as well as your responsibility and willingness to learn. What is a community manager?
Community manager is a driving force of the co-working space. It’s a strong link between the space and users whose responsibility is reflected in creating a pleasant working atmosphere and content that make the staying at the space even more pleasant and productive. He/she listens to the needs of the users by using all the existing and new resources for the development of the community and for the advancement of the space. He/she makes the users feel welcome and happy and he/she also takes care of the logistic aspects of the space. He/she communicates with the INTERA Technology Park team, shows proactivity and creativity through initialization of new ideas.
What are the tasks of the community manager?
The position of the community manager is interesting and dynamic and all communicative and proactive persons should enjoy it. This person is the face of the co-working space – he/she meets and greets the members and introduces them to all the resources and rules of the space. He/she replies to the inquiries of the potential and new users and he/she also actively communicates to the existing users in order to improve all the capacities of the space. He/she continuously works on attracting the new users by cooperating with local and regional organizations and individuals. He/she governs the management system and sales of the package of services by creating the necessary reports and paying attention to the regular billing. He/she organizes events and common activities and designs new content for the users and public. He/she also manages the social networks by creating an interesting content for users and by using these tools to attract new users. He/she manages all the resources of the space and communicates with the existing suppliers in order for all the everyday tasks to be done smoothly and regularly. He/she keeps the space neat and functional and coordinates eventual repairs and interventions.
He/she is not alone with these tasks- he cooperates closely to INTERA Technology Park team by presenting them with new ideas and making important decisions with them. He has all the resources of INTERA Technology Park at disposal and also mentoring of the more experienced colleagues.
