For whom is this training intended?

In order to contribute to the development of business functioning of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian companies one more time, INTERA Technology Park organizes through its Training Hub “Financial controlling and business analysis” training. This training is intended for all the owners and managers of the big companies, financial and accounting managers, controllers and all those interested in financial controlling and business analysis.

What kind of knowledge will you get?

All the participants of the interactive training will be led by the experts through theoretical and practical part and after the seminar they will be able to understand the basics, concepts and ways to apply the controlling in practice. The participants will also get the picture about the controlling system as a whole, to realize how different controlling instruments mutually communicate and to learn how to successfully integrate individual business processes through controlling.

The two-day training will process the themes such as conceptual basics, need for controlling, reality of controlling in local and international practice, relation of controlling and other similar functions, controlling process itself, Balanced Scorecards, balance sheet and income statement, wrong managing and many others.
