A five-day program intended for members of coworking spaces from Mostar, Tuzla, Nikšić, and Zadar was held in Zadar from March 23 to 27, 2026, bringing together 24 members of the coworking community.
The program enabled participants to exchange experiences, acquire new knowledge, and connect with members of the IT and creative community from the region. Over the five days, through lectures, workshops, and collaborative work in a coworking space, participants had the opportunity to explore current digital topics and examples of best practices.
As part of the program, several expert lectures and workshops were held. Josip Kalebić presented the topic “EduTech in Practice – Organizing STEM Workshops,” during which participants discussed the initiation and development of STEM activities in local communities. Representatives of the Lampaedina Association, Mate Matijašević and Nikola Dragaš, delivered a lecture titled “Digital Resilience and Security,” focusing on cybersecurity challenges and data protection in the digital environment. Igor Lončar led a workshop titled “Developing Simple Applications Using Artificial Intelligence,” where participants were introduced to practical applications of AI tools in business automation and the development of simple applications.
In addition to the educational component, the program provided space for networking and the exchange of experiences among Code Hub members, as well as strengthening cooperation between partner organizations from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
The five-day program was held within the framework of the CODES project, co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021–2027. The project is implemented by INTERA Technology Park Mostar (lead partner), Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis Nikšić, BIT Center Tuzla, the City of Zadar, and the University of Zadar.
