HANDS-ON PRODUCTION PLANNING WORKSHOP

Working in production comes with numerous challenges—from frequent changes in processes and product versions to coordinating machines, workers, and capacities. That’s why effective planning is essential for a stable and predictable production process.

At the iLab of INTERA Technology Park, we’ve designed a 5-day practical training that directly addresses these challenges.

This is not a presentation—it’s a hands-on workshop where participants tackle real-world scenarios using APS software:

• Machine changes and their impact on planning
• Production downtime
• Capacity relief strategies
• Managing items and work orders
• Process planning and simulation

Through this activity, we strengthen the capabilities of young professionals and innovators, as well as anyone looking to enhance their skills in industrial organization and production management.
