Last week, a Hands-on Production Planning Workshop was successfully held at iLab INTERA Technology Park, bringing together participants eager to improve their competencies in the field of industrial organization and production management.
The workshop was completely practical, and participants went through the challenges of everyday production planning themselves through realistic scenarios and work in APS software. They learned how to manage machine changes and their impact on the plan, resolve production downtime, schedule and optimize capacities, manage items and orders, and plan and simulate production processes in real time.
This interactive activity enabled participants to develop practical skills necessary for the effective management of complex production processes. At the end of the workshop, all participants received a certificate of participation as a confirmation of the acquired knowledge and engagement.
This is another in a series of activities intended for existing and potential users of INTERA TP’s innovation laboratory with the aim of strengthening the capacity to increase the number of innovative products and projects in the cross-border area.
The workshop was realized as part of the CODES project, co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Program Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021–2027, and implemented by INTERA Technological Park Mostar, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis Nikšić, BIT Center Tuzla, City of Zadar and University of Zadar.
