INTERA Technology Park has officially opened the Public Call for business service providers within the BOOST2 project – Supporting Dual Transformation of MSMEs through the Innovation Voucher Scheme, a continuation of the successfully implemented BOOST program from 2023/2024, which was previously financed and in this phase continues to be co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ).
The BOOST2 project, through the Innovation Voucher Scheme (IVS), enables the strengthening of innovation capacity, digital transformation, and green business practices of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the first phase, the focus is on applications from business service providers, based on which a catalog of services will be created. This catalog will, in the next phase – through a separate Public Call for MSMEs – serve as a base from which companies will select providers for the implementation of joint projects, significantly improving their operations and increasing competitiveness.
Who Can Apply?
The call is open to higher education institutions such as universities, colleges, and faculties, digital innovation hubs (DIHs), research institutes, development agencies, as well as non-governmental organizations active in the field of the green economy. All applicants must be registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina for at least three years and have proven experience in providing the professional services they plan to offer through the Innovation Voucher Scheme.
Why Apply?
Participation in the Innovation Voucher Scheme offers business service providers the opportunity to take part in one of the largest innovation programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, establish collaborations with MSMEs across the country, and develop and expand their own professional capacities. At the same time, it enables them to directly contribute to innovation, digitalization, and the green transformation of the economy.
Through the project, at least 100 companies will be supported, opening great potential for long-term collaborations and strengthening the market position of all involved organizations. An online info session for business service providers will be held on November 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM, where participants will receive all key information, clarifications, and guidelines for preparing a quality application.
How to Apply?
Applications are submitted exclusively through the online system, and all interested business service providers are encouraged to apply as early as possible, so they can be included in the first selection for the catalog of service providers. More information is available on the official website of INTERA Technology Park and the SEDEP/EU4PSD project.
If you provide professional services in the fields of innovation, digital transformation, green economy, technological development, or intellectual property, BOOST2 is an opportunity to turn your knowledge into a tangible contribution to the development of the economic sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program not only fosters innovation but also builds long-term partnership networks that connect experts and enterprises, jointly creating the foundations for sustainable and competitive economic growth.
The BOOST2 project is supported through the Private Sector Development Initiative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany, and implemented by GIZ. The aim of the Initiative, which is part of the broader program “Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion (SEDEP) in BiH,” is the development of the economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a particular focus on sustainable and digital business transformation.
