At the beginning of March, more than 30 young unemployed people and final year students began their adventure of creating their first work experience through the Moja praksa program, one of the longest running programs of the INTERA Technology Park. This year too, young people from different spheres are included in the program – from future managers, programmers and mechanical engineers to marketing experts, graphic designers and experts in the field of tourism. They will develop their business skills for three months by going through a series of trainings and working in some of the most successful local companies and organizations.
Behind them are interactive workshops where, together with coach Goran Dodig, they learned about teamwork, leadership, communication skills and job search skills, and in the coming period, they will also receive training in presentation skills. Through initial meetings with 12 companies and organizations, divided into 13 teams, the participants also started practical work in the past week through which, with the support of experienced mentors, they will work on tasks that the companies and organizations involved have created according to their own needs. Alfa Therm, Bim Arch, INTIS Engineering, ITAM Services, INTERA Technology Park, Logika, Port8, FIRIO, Tourism Cluster Herzegovina, The Right Street Digital, SARA and TUZLA – FARM are the companies where the participants of the program will gain their work experience in the coming period. . Special thanks go to these companies and organizations and their mentors, since without them it would not have been possible to realize the new, 13th cycle of this program.
The end of the program is expected in June, when participants and mentors are expected to receive final presentations and a ceremonial awarding of well-deserved certificates.
