Short description
The goal of the project was to establish and provide innovation support services for SMEs in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Significant progress and improvement of the innovation activities of potential users of the SME instrument were achieved through the following specific goals: identifying training needs related to consulting in the field of innovation and management, identifying SMEs with significant innovation potential as well as potential for internationalization, providing support services to selected SMEs in in the area of innovation management and the realization of specific targeted mentoring support for users of the SME instrument of the H2020 program.
INTERA TP provided support for two companies, with an emphasis on achieving progress in staff motivation, a shorter period of innovation launch and distribution, practices and procedures for a more effective idea evaluation process and product launch, as well as practical instruments for encouraging the creation and development of new ideas. Further dissemination of information about the SME instrument among companies was achieved within the existing EEN services as well as e-mail newsletters.
