Short description

The aim of the project is to enhance capacities for technology transfer (TT), company building and innovations in the field of ICT in 9 countries of the Danube region. It addresses the lack of synergies and exchange among TT stakeholders and the low ability of SMEs to develop high-added-value products/services. The project creates instruments for effective TT such as Methodology for selection of technologies from HEIs/PROs, Transnational technology/start-up incubator or matchmaking tools. Within the project, methodology for selection and assessment of ICT technologies at HEIs/PROs for incubation and acceleration will be piloted, as well as model for a Transnational ICT incubation and acceleration programme: Danube Digital Accelerator piloted. Also, network of project partners cooperating and sharing knowledge in the field of technology transfer in the Danube region will be developed. Finally, Action plan for evidence-based approach to S3 will be developed based on mapping of the supply and demand side in the ICT sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Ukraine.
