Short description
The project improved the possibilities of finding employment for young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing them with an insight into innovative forms of employment as well as the opportunity to develop specific skills in demand on the labour market, thus contributing to the development of the local freelancing and coworking community.

Through a series of promotional activities, including meet-ups, Fuckup Nights events and the Freelancing&Coworking conference, more than 200 young people got acquainted with the coworking and freelancing concept and their advantages. On the other hand, by organizing six courses lasting for several days and covering topics such as digital marketing, programming, web development, professional photography, video editing, and dropshipping, more than 100 young people got the opportunity to improve their skills and increase their employment opportunities. At the end of the project, more than 80% of the participants felt that participation in the training activities had a very positive impact on their professional career, and more than a quarter of them got the opportunity to work in fields related to the training they attended 6 months after the end of the training.
