Short description

The overall aim was to improve access to quality training programmes for job seekers and trainees and increase their employability in line with industry requirements. The informal education of adults was improved through improved existing training programmes and the creation of a new training programme (CNC operator for sheet metal processing). The prerequisites for new improvements have been created through the established partnership of the network of adult education providers, i.e. companies that make resources available for training needs, and participate with their own staff in the creation, implementation and improvement of training programme.
