Short description
The one-year project was the first step towards establishing an application-oriented training center at the INTERA Technology Park, to fill the gap between the skills provided by formal education and the real needs of the private sector. Such a center has a significant role in the training of the workforce and the application of new technologies in the metal industry. The specific goal of the project was to provide training for skills related to CNC machining, the lack of which in the metal sector is the greatest in the region. The conducted trainings targeted employees for the following jobs: CNC operator and CNC programmer.
