After a week of intensive work, the CODES bootcamp at the INTERA Technology Park has been successfully completed! As part of this first step of the pre-acceleration program, 24 teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Croatia went through training sessions, practical workshops, and networking, gaining essential knowledge for the development of their startups. The leading partner of the project is the INTERA Technology Park, with other partners including the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis from Nikšić, the City of Zadar, the University of Zadar, and the BIT Center Tuzla.
A week filled with knowledge and practice!
During the bootcamp, participants went through a series of workshops and lectures, focusing on key topics for a successful startup – from business model development and market research to competition analysis, financial planning, and market entry. On the final day, all participants had the opportunity to present their ideas to mentors and a panel of experts, showcasing the progress they had made throughout the program.
Next step: pre-acceleration program
For the best teams, the bootcamp is not the end but just the beginning of an exciting journey. The four most promising teams from each country enter a three-month pre-acceleration program, where they will engage in intensive work on further validating their business ideas. Through expert support and mentorship, they will have the opportunity to refine their concepts and prepare for market entry. The best team will have the chance to participate in the prestigious PODIM conference in Slovenia, one of the most important startup conferences in the region.
The CODES project is co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021–2027.
