Virtual reality (VR) has been transforming the entertainment industry for years, especially the gaming industry. While many users are familiar with VR through games and entertainment, in reality, its role in game development is becoming increasingly important.

That’s why the Game Development Center at INTERA Technology Park is equipped with a VR set, available to teams and individuals who want to experiment with the latest technologies in game development.

What is VR and why is it important for gaming?

Virtual reality allows users to enter an entirely new, digital world. With the help of a VR headset and accompanying equipment, the player can move, look around, react, and experience content in a completely new way.

In game development, VR enables testing the look and feel of the game from the player’s perspective, developing new types of games, designing characters, scenes, and movement within 3D space.
