Open Call for SEA – Start-up & Entrepreneurship Academy | Applications Open Until February 9, 2026

INTERA Technology Park Mostar, in cooperation with the U.S. Alumni Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, invites start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises up to five years of operation to apply for SEA – Start-up & Entrepreneurship Academy, a six-month education and development program focused on business growth, scaling, and professionalization.

About the Program

SEA is a national initiative aimed at strengthening entrepreneurial capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of State through the Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund.

The program brings together experienced CEOs, board members, and senior managers from leading domestic and international companies, primarily through the AmCham BiH network.

What Participants Gain

During the program, participants will:

• take part in live and online workshops
• work with experienced mentors and lecturers
• develop a business and financial plan
• prepare a pitch presentation
• engage in intensive business networking with key stakeholders of the business community in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Workshops and mentoring sessions will be delivered across five regional centers: Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Zenica, and Tuzla.

Program Finale

Upon completion of the educational phase, five top participants (one from each region) will present their business plans to an expert jury at the final SEA event.

The program winner will gain the opportunity to participate in the prestigious AmCham BiH Leader Roots program, designed to support the development of future business leaders.
