Short description

The project brought together young people from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and enhanced their professional network, strengthened technical knowledge and skills through a hackathon, and provided the opportunity to network with the BiH IT community. The problems that the project focused on include the geographical and ethnic division of different communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, high rate of unemployment of the young people, and the rapid development of the IT sector and the inability of the labour market to respond to its needs. The project resulted in gathering more than 50 young people, strengthening their cooperation and developing professional skills through participation in the hackathon. Also, the BiH IT scene was strengthened by enabling the cooperation of local IT experts and promising young people who participated in the project.
