Following the successful completion of the first workshop in Bijeljina at the end of November, young farmers participating in the Agripreneur project will continue to enhance their entrepreneurial skills next week. A group of 50 participants will embark on an intensive workshop in Mostar from Monday, April 24th, to Friday, April 28th, 2023, which will serve as an excellent continuation of the knowledge gained in the previous workshop.
Over the course of five days, the participants will have the opportunity to listen to experienced experts who will introduce them to the world of project proposal preparation, with a focus on practical work on developing a logical framework, budget, and other components of project applications. The participants will enter in more detail the world of digital marketing and the application of information technologies in agriculture, and they will also have the chance to hear from experts from the United States. The workshop program will touch on the legal forms of organizing entrepreneurial activities, as well as the basics of finance and management of the same. Through field visits, the participants will be able to familiarize themselves with positive examples from the world of agriculture. Additionally, during the workshop, they will have opportunities for informal networking to strengthen their connections and foster future collaborations. With a workshop dedicated to presentation and communication skills, the participants will be prepared to present their projects to an expert jury that will select the best one.
