The one-year project was the first step towards establishing an application-oriented training center at the INTERA Technology Park, to fill the gap between the skills provided by formal education and the real needs of the private sector.

The goal of this programme was to improve the competitiveness of SMEs, enabling them to meet market demand, preserve and create jobs and provide new opportunities for employment and self-employment of young people. The activities included the implementation of two different programmes.
