Short description
The goal of this programme was to improve the competitiveness of SMEs, enabling them to meet market demand, preserve and create jobs and provide new opportunities for employment and self-employment of young people. The activities included the implementation of two different programmes.

The Moja praksa traineeship programme enabled young unemployed people with university diploma to attend various trainings for business skills they will find useful when looking for a job. At the same time, participants were divided into teams and assigned to companies that provided them with mentors and real projects to implement. In 7 cycles, 394 participants successfully completed the programme, of which 50% got the opportunity to work, while 10 became members of the start-up team. Forty companies were involved in the program.
Work Ready Now (WRN!) was a programme that offered young, unemployed people with university diploma the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge and business skills over two cycles.
