As part of the CODES project, the regional pre-accelerator program for startups will begin in February, aimed at participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Croatia. The program offers a unique opportunity to develop startup ideas through intensive workshops, mentoring support, and international networking.
The Program Kicks Off with a Bootcamp in Mostar
The first step of the program is a Bootcamp in Mostar, where 24 teams (eight from each country) will participate. Over five days, participants will go through a series of educational workshops and work with mentors. Key topics include:

What Does the Program Offer?
After the Bootcamp, the top four teams from each country will proceed to a three-month pre-accelerator program with intensive mentoring support.
The program concludes with a final phase, where the best team will participate in a six-month validation of their business idea. With continuous mentoring support, the team will have the opportunity to attend the prestigious PODIM conference in Slovenia, one of the most important startup conferences in the region.

Applications for the program are open until February 13, 2025. Travel and accommodation costs for one team member from selected teams coming from outside Mostar will be covered by the program organizer.
