Cooperation with representatives of the academic community and digital innovation hubs for small and medium-sized enterprises is often one of the key success factors contributing to the development of the level of innovation in enterprises. Recognizing the importance of this cooperation, INTERA Technology Park started the implementation of the BOOST project in the middle of the year, which is supported by the project “Innovation and digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina/EU4DigitalSME”, which is co-financed by the European Union and the Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ). , and implemented by GIZ.
Precisely within this project on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. At this year’s edition of the CONNECTO conference, a public call for small and medium-sized enterprises was officially opened, which in the coming period will have the opportunity to register their innovative projects and receive direct support through cooperation with representatives of the academic community and digital innovation hubs. A little over a month ago, INTERA Technology Park opened a Public Call for all interested representatives of the academic community and research centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina to provide services to small and medium-sized enterprises. In the past period, 15 faculties and digital innovation hubs with more than 150 experts have registered their services in the field of technological innovation, law and intellectual property, digital transformation, and development and internationalization, which are presented in the published catalog. All interested small and medium-sized companies from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina can choose one service provider and the associated service within the framework of this call and exercise the right to one-time support under the Innovation Voucher Scheme. This program includes financial support for the provided service in the maximum amount of EUR 5,000.00 (equivalent in BAM) and with mandatory co-financing of 10%, which will be provided by small and medium-sized enterprises with which the service providers cooperate.
