On April 22, 2024, a significant technical meeting of the DiaLab Social Impact Network was held in Sarajevo, bringing together various organizations to discuss guidelines for future collaboration. Supported by the Government of the United States through the USAID project “Diaspora Invest,” this event presented several key initiatives aimed at strengthening the connectivity among organizations supporting the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora.
As an important local partner, INTERA Technology Park actively participated in this gathering, emphasizing the importance of connecting with the diaspora for knowledge transfer and investment promotion. During the meeting, it was highlighted that INTERA Technology Park will support the establishment of the DiaLab network of organizations to enhance the business and social impact of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora.
Special focus will be placed on supporting mentorship, market access, investment advocacy, and sharing best practices to improve local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. INTERA Technology Park supports the initiative to establish DiaBAC, the Business Advisory Council of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora, which will be crucial in promoting economic and social changes in the country.
This technical meeting clearly demonstrated that through collective efforts and collaboration, we can achieve much more. INTERA Technology Park will continue to support initiatives that promote the integration of the diaspora into the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, thus creating a sustainable and prosperous future for all.
