From April 2nd to 3rd 2025, the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project Leaders 4 Future took place in Podgorica, Montenegro. The project brings together partners from seven countries with the goal of empowering young women through the development of entrepreneurial skills and access to support across the Western Balkans region. INTERA Technology Park is partner on this project on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Leaders4Future project focuses on empowering young women through activities that include organizing focus groups to map their needs, implementing a “Train the Trainer” program, establishing local Support Points as hubs of support in each project country, and delivering educational and mentoring activities. The focus groups will provide a deeper understanding of the obstacles and challenges women face, while the trainer program will ensure quality support through professionally trained mentors. Within the project, women will have access to guidance, training, and tools for developing business ideas and networking. Project outcomes will include a digital self-assessment tool, tailored educational materials, and support models that improve access to information, resources, and networks across the region and the EU.
INTERA Technology Park acts as the lead partner for project communication and dissemination of results, through social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
The Leaders 4 Future project is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme (project number: 101185858), with OpenEurope from Spain acting as the lead partner.
