It is often said that communication is the key to any relationship, whether private or business. Successfully conveying your thoughts and feelings and reacting appropriately with non-verbal and verbal communication is the essence of building and maintaining relationships. In addition, communication is the basis of self-presentation to the public, especially to potential employers, colleagues and partners.

With the aim of strengthening communication skills, in Code Hub Mostar, on Monday, June 26, 2023. starting at 9 am to hold a free Communication and Presentation workshop. The workshop, which will last until 1:30 pm, will be held by Assoc. Ph.D. Iva Klepić, who will impart practical knowledge in this area to the participants. During the training, the lecturer will touch upon presentation, impression management, social skills, overcoming fear in communication, the relationship of body language and clothing style with the spoken content, active listening, and self-esteem and self-confidence.

The workshop is free for all participants and is intended for young people aged 18 to 35. Interested individuals can register at the provided link, and the number of participants is limited according to the venue’s capacity.

The workshop is organized as part of the activities of the Your Job project, through which members of the INTERA Technology Park team participated in training for the provision of counseling and monitoring services for young people in accordance with the Competence Passport methodology. The European Union, through the IPA II BiH-Montenegro cross-border cooperation program, is financing the Your Job project with around EUR 360,000 in grants. It is implemented by Caritas Bosnia and Herzegovina, with partners: Foundation Mozaik and the Association for the Development of Competences S.K.I.L.L.S. from Sarajevo (BiH), as well as with Caritas of the Archdiocese of Bar and Business Start Center Bar (CG).
