Short description
The project goal was to contribute to enhancement of business institutions infrastructure and upgrading services to support development of business environment in cross-border area. By implementing key activities, project resulted in establishment of IT clusters in Nikšić and Tuzla, strengthening the local ICT network in Zadar, improving the capacity of ICT clusters in Mostar, creating preconditions for cross-border cooperation of clusters, Code Hub Network development, development of Code Hub service packages for digital nomads, development of a mentoring platform, organization of promotional events, strengthening the capacity of existing Code Hubs in Nikšić, Mostar, Tuzla and Zadar, and establishment and development of innovation laboratories in the cross-border area


Lead partner
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre Tehnopolis from Nikšić implemented all project activities closely related to the local area with special emphasis on the establishment of IT cluster, improvement of the capacity of the existing coworking space and establishment of FabLab, as well as the development of the cross-border Code Hub network and project management.
Project partner 2
Foundation for innovation and technology development from Mostar implemented project activities that were tied to the local area, including improving the existing IT cluster, strengthening the capacity of coworking space and establishing a new FabLab. INTERA TP was responsible for developing a platform for a cross-border mentoring network, as well as a communication work package, including the development of the visual identity of the project.


Project partner 3
The City of Zadar implemented project activities focused on strengthening the IT network in Zadar, organizing hackathons and international technology conferences and was responsible for printing all promotional materials.
Project partner 4
BIT Centre implemented activities related to the local area with special emphasis on the establishment of IT cluster in Tuzla, improvement of Code Hub Tuzla through capacity building and development of new services and establishment of innovative laboratory.


Project partner 5
University of Zadar contributed project results through the exchange and transfer of scientific experience and implemented activities focused on strengthening the capacity of the existing Code Hub and establishing an UX laboratory.
