Short description
The Foundation for Innovation and Technology Development started the implementation of the BOOST project with the aim of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the cooperation of the academic community and private sector. The BOOST project will result in an improved level of innovation and quality of products and services of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthened capacities of academia and selected innovation hubs through support for the development of new services and cooperation with the business sector, and promoted cooperation and increased exchange of knowledge between the academic community and private sector.
Project activities include the preparation and implementation of the Innovation Voucher Scheme program through which at least 40 small and medium-sized enterprises will receive support through direct cooperation with representatives of the academia and digital innovation hubs that will provide them with services in the field of technological innovation, law and intellectual property, digital transformation, and development and internationalization. Through the project, through conferences and the creation of a brochure, awareness of the public and key stakeholders about the importance and opportunities offered by the cooperation of the economic and academic sectors will be raised.
