Short description

The project established instruments for the generation of new mobile and digital creative technologies in demand, aimed at new jobs among young people in Herzegovina, which will serve as catalysts for further growth of the traditional pillars of the Herzegovina economy such as tourism, agriculture, energy, and production. The goal of the project was to create a platform for the development of small IT-based businesses that are founded on a creative and innovative approach and are open to inter-ethnic cooperation, gathering young people from the entire BiH, with a special focus on the participation of women. The project resulted in improved know-how of more than 30 young people about digital art through a five-day "Digital Designer Training" and of 15 young creative people in design and programming in application development through UI / UX design training. Finally, further improvement of skills and promotion of entrepreneurship was facilitated through the organisation of Startup Weekend with more than 40 participants.
