Short description

Trainings to be provided by INTERA TP will enable interested individuals to gain basic practical skills in CNC/CAM/CAD focusing on metal processing. INTERA TP’s existing relationships with companies and up-to-date information about their recruitment needs will be used to match new and former trainees with these companies so available job posts can be filled. Within the project, existing training programs will be improved, new training cycles will be conducted, matching of the trainees with companies will be provided and strategic partnership in setting up training activities in Sarajevo region will be established. Through the implementation of the grant activities INTERA plans to train 60 new individuals out of which at least 12 are expected to find new employment within the B&H private sector. 50% of the planned trained individuals are expected to be young candidates (below the age of 30). Implementation of this project will also allow INTERA to upgrade at least one of its training programs.
