Project description
The general goal of the project was to contribute to the promotion of innovation and technical culture in BiH and the application of innovations in the economy. FabLab (Fabrication Laboratory) is the name given to workshops for digital production, i.e. fabrication, and is part of a global network of local workshops, which enable innovation through personal access to tools for digital production. The first workshop of this type was held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the USA, and then spread around the world, focusing on connecting with the private sector, higher education, and scientific institutions, industry, and startups. FabLab is available as a community resource, offering open access for individuals and businesses. The specific goals of the project were: to improve the capacities of FabLab Mostar and raise public awareness of the possibilities of using the services of FabLab Mostar.
