Short description

The project will empower women with the essential tools needed to thrive in the digital economy and direct them to job opportunities by providing them with insight into innovative ways of employment. Through tailored skills development, women will use their expertise to capitalize on their knowledge and abilities. Project activities include three cycles of freelancing courses for women as well as a series of meetups where they will be introduced to successful women freelancers from Bosnia and Herzegovina who work in different fields. The key results of the project are the creation of prerequisites for self-employment of women in Bosnia and Herzegovina through introducing them to the possibilities of developing freelancing careers and the development of women's skills for the presentation of their own products and services as well as access to the potential market.
