The goal of the project was to contribute to greater participation in the prevention of brain drain from BiH and to create preconditions for greater employment and activism of young people, through the promotion of entrepreneurship and by encouraging young people to self-employ. The first project result included increasing employment opportunities through self-employment among the unemployed, especially young people and women through one cycle of the Startup Academy with 14 teams trained during the programme. As another result, young people's awareness of the possibilities of self-employment and entrepreneurship was raised through a conference on startups and entrepreneurship with more than 80 participants.
