Short description

The specific goal of the project was to improve employment opportunities for young people in Herzegovina through self-employment by strengthening their entrepreneurial skills. The activities provided for in this programme included an educational and mentoring program called the Startup Academy. Through this program, those with innovative business ideas, which have the potential for success, went through a set of training sessions in 7 different modules for a total duration of 15 days and through mentoring hours with experienced entrepreneurs and experts in their field, so that over a period of 3 months they tested their business idea and made a plan for its further realization into a successful startup company. The final activity was the Demo Day, where the teams pitched their ideas and where the three best teams were selected to enter the INTERA TP incubator.
