The importance of following global trends and dedicating more attention to the development of the use of web3 and blockchain technologies was discussed at the international scientific conference Web3 & Blockchain in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The conference resulted in the Proceedings, published by the Federal Ministry of Education and Science and the INTERA Technology Park.
The Proceedings were presented to the public on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Code Hub in Mostar. The promotion brought together authors and co-authors as well as other interested parties, the topics were discussed with the moderator Boris Čerkuč, Mr. sc. Jasmin Branković, Dr. sc. Ana Dujmović, Mag. Iur. Onahti Čerkez, and Dipl. Oec. Vedran Šimunović, director of INTERA TP.
The Proceedings contain 11 scientific and professional papers, aiming to contribute to the dissemination of knowledge about web3 and blockchain technologies to achieve progress in this field and lay the groundwork for a better, safer, and more transparent digital future in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Although Web3 and blockchain technology are still in the development phase, speakers emphasized the importance of continuous research and collaboration in this area. Considering the dynamic nature of the technology sector, it is clear that Web3 and blockchain technology will have a significant impact on our society in the coming years.
The promotion of the Proceedings from the recent conference in Mostar is just one step towards realizing that potential, while researchers, innovators, and enthusiasts continue to work towards creating a better and more efficient digital future.
