Connecting the potential of the diaspora and Bosnia and Herzegovina, connecting people, ideas, and investments – telling a series of concrete and positive stories amidst a sea of negativity – that’s the reason for Connecto 2024! That’s also the reason to be part of the event!

Once again this year, as has become tradition, Mostar will host the Connecto conference. If by any chance you haven’t heard of this event yet, although we believe there aren’t many such cases, we want to tell you that it’s one of the highest quality and most positive things you’ll attend this summer, not only in Mostar but throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, although the event’s impact will be felt beyond the country’s borders.

Just like every previous time, Connecto will take place at the Europa Hall within the INTERA Technology Park, where the highest standards have long been established. This year, too, the conference will feature the most distinguished and recognized speakers from the spheres of innovation, new technologies, digitalization, industry, education, and science.

Partnership for a better tomorrow

Once again this year, alongside INTERA Technology Park, the organization behind this eminent event is supported by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit) through the BOOST Project, co-financed by the European Union and the German government through the EU4DigitalSME project, as well as the Enterprise European Network (EEN). Together, they expect, and with good reason, that this year’s Connecto 2024 will be the largest, most attended, and highest quality event to date.

The conference’s goal remains unique and the same as before – to connect the potential of the numerous Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora with the potential of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the common goal of progress through joint investments, exchange of ideas, and creating new opportunities for joint participation in the most demanding global markets.

Through previous editions of the Connecto conference, many have been able to see how the conference not only offered new visions but also, with the help of always eminent guests and speakers, effectively analyzed the situation in our country, focusing on those branches of production and services that can be competitive in the European and global market.

Connecto leaves a mark

Also, through the successful stories of our people who have come from abroad to invest their time and capital here – and have done so quite successfully – Connecto has shown that finding a good partner and investor is easier than one might think, and that good ideas from Bosnia and Herzegovina do not always have to remain unrealized due to standard local barriers.

It’s almost needless to repeat, Connecto has long shown how it can and must be done, as well as that some things don’t seem unachievable at all – all it takes is a quality platform that connects people and ideas, bringing together those seeking partners and those wishing to invest in quality projects. In one word – Connecto 2024!

Just like in previous years, the event will focus on similar themes as before, and this time the conference will be held slightly earlier than in previous years. Mark the dates today – the conference part in the Europa Hall starts on Tuesday, June 25th, and Connecto 2024 will then continue with the renowned B2B meetings, which are also a trademark of the conference – and will last until June 27th, or Thursday.

Through B2B meetings, it has already been shown after the first editions of this great event that connecting people with the desire, will, and ideas from the country and the diaspora happens in the most direct way possible. As the formula of B2B meetings has so far justified, even surpassed all expectations of the organizers, this year, too, maximum space has been left for this type of communication among event participants.

And that’s precisely the advantage of this edition of the Connecto conference – a conference with a completely human face, although all of you who won’t be physically present at the event will be able to follow the entire conference via livestream.
