The goal of the project was to train and motivate young women from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro to start a career and develop an entrepreneurial spirit in the ICT sector through the exchange of best practices, informal education, and the transfer of knowledge and skills from European partners.

The project brought together young people from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and enhanced their professional network, strengthened technical knowledge and skills through a hackathon, and provided the opportunity to network with the BiH IT community.

The main goal of the CODE project was to improve the entrepreneurial environment in the cross-border area through the development of business infrastructure and support services for innovative entrepreneurial ideas.

Project goal was to improve possibilities for employment of youth in Herzegovina through self-employment by strengthening their entrepreneurial skills.

The project improved employment opportunities for young people in Herzegovina, raising awareness of the benefits of entrepreneurship, supporting self-employment, and transferring knowledge from successful entrepreneurs, thus creating a foundation for future generations of new jobs in young, innovative, fast-growing startup companies that will be competitive in local and foreign markets.
