- The project improved employment opportunities for young people in Herzegovina, raising awareness of the benefits of entrepreneurship, supporting self-employment, and transferring knowledge from successful entrepreneurs, thus creating a foundation for future generations of new jobs in young, innovative, fast-growing startup companies that will be competitive in local and foreign markets.
- Project included conduction of vocational training for additional education for working in metal processing industry as CNC programmer or operator, promotion of vocational education among youth and promotion of STEM disciplines among elementary and high school students.
- The overall objective of the project is to increase competitiveness of SMEs from FB&H (B&H) and the European Union by distributing adequate business related information, advice and consultancy, supporting internationalization and development of innovative and technological capacity of SMEs and higher involvement in HORIZON 2020 projects.
